We accept returns under the following conditions:
For hygiene reasons, certain pet items such as grooming tools, food, and bedding cannot be returned once opened.

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the product was defective or incorrect.
We only replace items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.

If you wish to cancel an order, please do so within 12 hours of purchase.
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
